Mare Hidden Rail Fixing System

Our cement based precast constituted stone CBOARD Mare Facade Panel products could rapidly be installed by the help of hidden rail fixing system unless there is a special architectural restriction or a Client request. There are two options for horizontal joints where


Installation steps are as follows:

1- Galvanized L brackets are fixed to the wall using suitable wall plugs.

2- Galvanized T or box profiles are vertically fixed to the L brackets.

3- If specified / shown on the Project, chosen heat insulation product is installed between the vertical profiles.


The following steps aside from what is given above differ whether 4mm or 9-10mm horizontal joints are preferred on the facade.


Where 9-10mm horizontal joints are preferred (a):

4a- Hidden horizontal rail profiles are fixed to the vertical profiles considering the panel and joint dimensions.

5a- CBOARD Mare technological stone facade panel is inserted into the upper rail profiles' groove with a sloped movement, then left onto the bottom rail profiles and the installation is completed.


Where 4mm horizontal joints are preferred (b):

4b- Only the bottom rail profiles of the facade are fixed to the vertical profiles.

5b- CBOARD Mare technological stone facade panel is placed to the upper groove of the horizontal profile.

6b- Upper rail profiles are inserted into the upper groove with a space of expansion and fixed to the vertical profiles. Following the same method, the installation is completed from bottom to top of the facade.
