The usage of acoustic facade panels for sound insulation has an important role in reduction or control of sound reflection and reverberation. Sound reflection can be defined as the phenomenon where the sound waves generated from a sound source reache to the audiance both directly and as reflected from the surrounding surfaces. The sound reflected from surfaces reaches to the audiance with different delays depending to the type of surface and the size of the room / place. Those reflections are classified based on the miliseconds of the generated secondary sounds.

Acoustic facade panels play a key role in reduction or absorption of the sound reflection / reverberation. Thanks to this, it is aimed to deliver only the direct sound waves coming out of the sound sources to the audiance; therefore, enhancing the comfort of the audiance by providing acoustic improvement. The reasons for the preference of the usage of acoustic panels in workplaces could be listed as boosting employee concentration, preventing the mental fatigue caused by noise pollution and reducing / removing of communication problems between the employees.

Betonex CBOARD acoustic cladding panels are cement based, precast facade panels manufactured from high-density GRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete).

CBOARD acoustic facade panels can be manufactured in required size & thickness and have the option to be painted to desired color as per your Project specifications.

CBOARD acoustic facade panels are often used in interior facade cladding or as suspended ceiling panels at theater, cinema or concert halls, restaurants, receptions, offices, professional studios, home studios or as complementary product with home cinema systems. In addition, they have a crucial role in reduction of sound pollution or acoustic improvement.
